The remnants of Team Desobry held Noville, but it was only a matter of time before they were forced to disengage. A few miles south of Noville, the 1st Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division raced to reach Bastogne before 2nd Panzer. Continuing to delay the enemy would assure that U.S. forces would get to Bastogne first.
Objectives: Your platoon is deployed on the road facing north. You are in the center of the battleline. Fight a delaying action, then fall back to the south, towards Bastogne. Your retreat path positions are marked on the Commander's Map.
